You choose a plan: $99 per year (that works out to $8.25 per month) or $9.99 billed monthly. There's no credit card required to start, so if HouseFacts isn't a fit, do nothing and the trial simply ends. You won't be charged.
What does per property mean if I own more than one home?
Each home gets its own record, its own maintenance plan, and its own 14-day trial. You subscribe per property, so two homes are two subscriptions managed under one account, all in one dashboard. If you manage more than 10 properties, contact us for portfolio pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like, no phone call required, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Should I pick annual or monthly billing?
